TESCO has today announced that it will provide a free bus service from Immingham to its Grimsby Extra store.

The service will be provided so that shoppers in Immingham can visit Tesco to buy their Christmas shopping due to the delay of the new store in Immingham.

The service is a ‘hail and ride’ style, whereby customers can hail the bus as it passes on its route. It will run every Saturday and Sunday, departing from Immingham County Hotel at 11am, passing Washdyke Lane at 11:02am, Church Lane at 11:04am and Bluestone Lane at 11:05am and will arrive at the Victoria Street Tesco in Grimsby at 11:30.

The bus will depart from the Grimsby store at 13:30pm and arrive back at Immingham’s County Hotel at 14:00pm.

The service begins this Saturday, December and will run until summer 2015.
