In Bloom Immingham in Bloom judging is set for the 8th July this year. The group, which consists of residents, officers, Councillors and volunteer’s is fortunate to have received fantastic sponsorship this year from over 30 local businesses so the cost to council taxpayers is almost nothing. The improvements to the town are very noticeable and help to lift the overall street scene. Whilst efforts are concentrated on the route on the run up to judging, improvements have been made to, many areas such as the 4 new gateway signs, again sponsored, the leisure centre and baskets along Stallingborough Road. The Council has continued to make the Civic Centre the focal point for the town with many compliments received already this year.
